highlights of my weekend.

I seriously cannot believe that Memorial Day weekend has come & gone! I had a great one though. Saturday we went shopping, & went to the circus (honestly, what beats the circus?!). And Monday we did the traditional parade, and service at the cemetery. After, a birthday party for one of the sweetest little boys I know, who I'm proud to call my cousin. (:
I hope everyone had a great weekend also. I also thank all of the men & women fighting to keep our country safe, let alone all the people who've died while in war.

my weekend (of hair).

So, this weekend was fun, but really crazy & flew! And, who decided next weekend is Memorial Day already? I guess time flies when you're having fun! (:
Anyhoo, my hair got a lot of stuff done to it - and the first time too! I don't think I've ever seen my hair in curls like this, even though it's somewhat natural. A friend put in hot rollers, and friend's mom curled it with an iron, and then my aunt did a ladder braid and "rocker chick mohawk" braid! Pretty cool stuff! :)

p.s. Prayers for all who were effected in the tornadoes today!
